Bloating. There’s nothing worse than being bloated. It’s very uncomfortable and it puts me in a bad mood. Don’t worry about it too much though as it is very normal for your body to fluctuate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. For example when you look at yourself in the mirror a few times throughout the day, you might look different each time. It depends on what you eat, when you eat, water retention, sodium intake, stress levels, poor digestion and a whole lot more.

Honey is antibacterial, it’s high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals such as vitatim C, Calcium and Iron. And it’s my favorite type of sweetener in teas.
