This chocolate chia banana pudding is so good I can’t believe I hadn’t introduced myself to it sooner. Chocolate quinoa breakfast bowl? Does that sound odd to you? Don’t worry, it sounded a little weird to me too. When I think of quinoa, savory comes to my mind. But I love experimenting with food and love trying out new things. This recipe is perfect, since I’m currently trying to avoid gluten for 3 weeks, to see if I’m sensitive to it or not. Super smoothie Bowl
I know this sounds weird but I don’t like to drink my smoothies. I’d rather eat them. I don’t like when they’re too runny and you have to drink them with a straw. That’s why I always make them thick so they have a better consistency You can top them off with whatever you like and you get to eat them with a spoon!
