You’ll never guess what crazy ingredient I used in these super tasty, gluten free protein cookies! They’re made with only 7 real food ingredients (if you count the salt and cinnamon). They only take a half hour to make from start to finish. I’m always looking for easy, tasty, and healthy treats. I came up with these when I was visiting my family in Denmark a couple of months ago. This chocolate chia banana pudding is so good I can’t believe I hadn’t introduced myself to it sooner. Super smoothie Bowl
I know this sounds weird but I don’t like to drink my smoothies. I’d rather eat them. I don’t like when they’re too runny and you have to drink them with a straw. That’s why I always make them thick so they have a better consistency You can top them off with whatever you like and you get to eat them with a spoon!
