HIIT Cardio Fat Busting Workout With Yoga Cool Down

This HIIT cardio fat busting workout, is not only great for fat burn but also at toning and increasing your metabolism. It’s going to leave you high on energy and make you feel good the of the day. It’s not the most brutal HIIT workout, but you can honestly make it as hard or as easy as you want to. 

One of the many things I love about short workouts is that it’s so much easier to push yourself harder than with a longer workout. That way the workout ends up being just as effective (if not more) as a longer workout. Remember, more isn’t always better. Click here to read about how to workout smart and why more isn’t better.

We have a bunch of different exercises to go through. Each exercise is done 3 times, 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, before we move to the next one. During the 20 seconds intervals, you need to push yourself as hard as you can and keep moving even during the 10 second breaks. No equipment is needed, only an optional chair for one of the exercises.

This workout is awesome because it makes you workout hard during all the HIIT exercises, and rewards you with a nice yoga cool down and stretch. When you do yoga right after a sweaty HIIT workout, it just makes your yoga practice that much more fun!

After your workout is done, all you need to do is rehydrate and fuel your body with good real food! Eat a balanced meal with all the macronutrients, and don’t skip your meal! If you don’t have access to a meal within an hour after your workout, then make sure you at least eat a snack!
