How to Get Rid of Bloating – Beat Your Bloating Tea Recipe

How to get rid of bloating is a question and issue many of us deal with. I’ve already made a video on how to get rid of bloating where I share very beneficial tips to get rid of bloating that you don’t wan’t  to miss! There’s nothing worse than being bloated. It’s very uncomfortable and it puts me in a bad mood. Don’t worry about it too much though as it is very normal for your body to fluctuate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. For example when you look at yourself in the mirror a few times throughout the day, you might look different each time. It depends on what you eat, when you eat, water retention, sodium intake, stress levels, poor digestion and a whole lot more.

How to get rid of bloating overnight

Luckily I have a tea recipe for you that you can make and drink whenever you feel bloated. However, it won’t hurt to drink it everyday to prevent bloating as well! My how to get rid of bloating tea recipe only has four ingredients and takes ten minutes to make. Those four ingredients are super beneficial in beating bloating, as they all aid in digestion.

Ginger, turmeric and cardamom are all from the same botanical family. They are anti inflammatory, good at reducing pain such as headaches and menstrual cramps and best of all theyr’e good  at eliminating gas and bloating.

Lemons are good for indigestion, constipation, cleansing your stomach and since they’re rich in vitams A, B12, C and E they contain many other health benefits.

Honey is antibacterial, it’s high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals such as vitatim C, Calcium and Iron. And it’s my favorite type of sweetener in teas.

It’s also worth mentioning that one of the best things you can do to avoid bloating is to keep your sodium intake at a healthy level, not too high not too low.

Try it out and let me know what you think! Also let me know if you have any questions for me to cover in future posts/videos!
