I love having fun while working out, so I came up with this very effective strong, lean and sexy abs alphabet inspired workout, that actually gave me a core burn I didn’t expect! This one is very fun and keeps you from getting bored. It’ll fly by so fast that you might need to do it twice for an extra challenge!
I honestly never would’ve thought that these silly alphabet inspired core exercises would be so tough and give me such great burn in the core. But I was wrong and I actually love this little routine. It’s great to add on at the end of another workout, wether it was HIIT, cardio or strength training. You’ll get more out of this workout by adding it on to another workout or even go through twice. The whole routine can be done on the floor while watching TV, which will help you forget the burn and the time! You might feel a little silly doing these types of exercises, but sometimes it’s those silly and awkward exercises that are the most efficient.
I loved this routine so much that I couldn’t help it but do one for the lower body as well. That will be my next upload on YouTube, so keep an eye up for that.
We’re going through 5 different letters each letter is 35 seconds long with 10 seconds to repeat the same letter on the opposite side of your leg.
- R (For Ritta!)
- C (Lay on your stomach, do a backbone, hold your feet and rock front and back, repeat)
- U (Like side hip dips, expect this time when you lift your hips you’re going to bring them front and back instead of straight up)
