This 10 minute HIIT cardio workout, is perfect for those of you who love HIIT but don’t have much time to workout. It’s a great way to get a quick metabolism boost, and way better than any coffee you can have! Can you tell how much I love HIIT and strength training by now? There’s a good reason for that. Both are great at, not only building strength, toning and burning fat, but they also leave you burning calories hours and hours after your workout is done!
You can use this workout in a few different ways. You can go through it twice or you can use it as a finisher at the end of a strength training workout. That’ll really give you some nice sore muscles the next day. It’s your workout and you can use it however you need to in order to meet your personal fitness goals. Just keep remember to workout smart and that more isn’t always better!
One thing I really like about this 10 minute HIIT cardio workout, is that it’s so quick you won’t even have time to complain. Although it’s only 10 minutes you need to make sure you warm up before and stretch out once you’re done. Don’t skip those 2 important steps! No equipment is needed for this workout, which makes this workout more convenient to be done anywhere and anytime!
Workout Structure We have 5 different exercises to go through, each one is done 4 x through 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
- Burpee + front and back jump
- Mountain climbers
- Squat jump + heel taps
- Jumping jack + side heel tap
- Plank jack + up and downs
