A warm up routine is super important to get in before you jump into an actual workout. It doesn’t matter what type of workout you’re planning on doing, it is essential to warm up even if you’re only planning on doing a light cardio workout.
Also when you warm up, you will help prevent injuries, push yourself harder during your actual workout, and burn a few extra calories!
This short cardio warm up will warm up your body thoroughly and contains 10 different exercises, each one done for 30 seconds
-Big arm circle butt kick
-Fast butt kick
-Leg swings (R)
-Leg swings (L)
-Squat front kicks
-Squat side raises
-Arm circle front steps
-Arm circle side steps
-Jumping oblique twists
