Fat burning cardio
This fat burning cardio workout will leave you huffing and puffing after just a few minutes into the workout just by using body weight. I’ve never been a big fan of steady state cardio. The cardio equipment at the gym only work one range of motion and I don’t like doing the same motion over and over again. In fact doing cardio workouts like this one are more effective at burning fat and toning your body than a treadmill. Just give it a try and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
To be honest I don’t even own a gym membership any longer. I’ve always been the kind of person who’s too shy to workout directly in front of others. It’s different in front of the camera. Only my husband is watching me at the time.
In this short workout you’re going to work your whole body with very effective cardio moves. A warm up is included but there’s no cool down so please be sure to cool down after completion of this workout. You always want to do a warmup and cool down. A warm up will ensure that you push yourself harder during your workout routine as well as lessen the chances of injuries. And cooling down will ensure you that you’re muscles aren’t as sore the next day.
The workout structure is 5 group of 2 different exercises 45 seconds on and 15 seconds active rest. We will repeat each group before we move over to the next group.
Arm swing + slow butt kick
Front & back kicks
Side arm to toe reach
Squat + calf raise
Jog in place
Cross arm jumping jacks
Knee pull + kick
High knee pulse
Side step + squat jump
Knee pull + kick
2 plank jacks + 2 shoulder taps
High Knee Pulse
Plank oblique twists
