Fun Sweaty Mess Cardio and Abs Workout

Fun Sweaty Mess Cardio and Abs Workout

Working out has to be fun, right? It shouldn’t be boring at all. When you know that the workout you’re about to do is fun, you’re more likely to do it. How likely are you to workout, when you know you don’t like it?

That’s why I create these fun cardio workouts that are super effective at burning calories, toning and fat burn. That’s exactly what this cardio workout is. It’s fun! It’s sweaty and the time will fly by when you go through it. I love workouts that are not only challenging for the body, but also for the brain. It’s good for your coordination to make yourself feel “uncomfortable” (aka doing exercises that require engaging your mind) during your workout.

There’s no warm up or cool down included in this workout, and you’ll need to do those on your own. Please make sure you don’t skip neither, because then the workout won’t be as “fun” anymore. If you get injured from skipping a few minutes of warm up and cool down, it isn’t worth it!

Workout Structure we have 4 groups to go through, each group consists of cardio, abs, cardio. We repeat each group before we move over to the next one. At the end we have an abs bonus of just a few minutes of different ab exercises to really burn and strengthen that core.  Each exercise is done for 45 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
