HIIT Workout for Fat Loss – Total Body HIIT Cardio

This HIIT workout for fat loss is going to make your muscles scream! Maybe even mad?! But once you’re done with this HIIT fat burning workout you’ll be so glad you did it. It had me swimming in sweat  in less than 20 minutes! This is what I call a smart way to  workout.

I know HIIT workouts are tough to go through but the benefits are worth it. Some of those benefits are;  an increased metabolism, better endurance, fat burn, muscle building and the freedom to workout from anywhere you want with no equipment at all. In a little over 15 minutes you’ll feel so proud because you know you just took good care of your body. What’s even better is that you’ll be burning calories for up to 48 hours after completing this workout! That alone is enough reason for me to not complain to get a good HIIT workout done.

There are so many misconceptions about exercising. Many people think they need to exercise until they puke. This is a total setup for harm and it messes up your relationship to exercise and your body. You need to workout hard but also SMART. This is why I setup my workout routines the way I do. With each workout you’ll get the most out of your time and actually enjoy the routine. If you haven’t already, check out my post How to Workout Smart & Why More Isn’t Better.
