If you want to get in an intense six pack sculpt workout, then you’ve come to the right place! No equipment needed, just your body, mind and 10 minutes of your day. I love to work my core, but not just to have a nice lean stomach. I love it first and foremost because it’s very important to have a strong core, in order to protect your back and to be able to do those harder workouts, such as HIIT and heavy lifting during strength training.
This intense six pack sculpt workout will work core the smart way. By that I mean, it doesn’t just work the front of your abs (like I see so many other workouts do), but it works the entire abdominal area, so you prevent imbalance. This is very important because if you just work the front of your core then, you can create imbalance in your body and it’s not healthy for your back. Therefore I always make sure to workout the front, sides and the back.
If you want six pack abs, then you can’t just do ab toning exercises all day long and expect a six pack to appear. You have to burn off fat with HIIT and strength training workouts to maximum and most effective results. That’s why I like adding this workout at the end of a HIIT or strength workout once or twice a week. You don’t have to do that all the time. You can definitely still do this workout alone, especially if you don’t have much time to workout.
Workout Structure HIIT style 20 seconds on 10 seconds off, of 6 different exercises.
- Letter I (with your legs)
- Upward plank leg lifts
- Plank walks
- Dead bug (lying on your back drop opposite leg and arm)
- Plank twists
