I love getting inspired for new workouts, so I came up with this very effective strong, lean and sexy legs alphabet inspired workout, that actually gave me a butt burn I didn’t expect! This one is very fun and keep you from getting bored. It’ll fly by so fast that you might need to do it twice for an extra challenge!
I honestly never would’ve thought that these silly alphabet inspired core exercises would be so tough and give me such great burn in my butt and thighs. But I was wrong and I actually love this little routine. It’s great to add on at the end of another workout, wether it was HIIT, cardio or strength training. You’ll get more out of this workout by adding it on to another workout or even go through twice. The whole routine can be done on the floor while watching TV, so you can forget the burn and the time!

We’re going through 5 different letters each letter is 35 seconds long with 10 seconds to repeat the same letter on the opposite leg. All of the exercises are done while being on your hands and knees.
